1. Inch Cape Onshore Site Investigation Works

    Inch Cape Offshore Limited will commence site investigation works in April 2015 on the land required for the Inch Cape Onshore Transmission Works, which received Planning Permission in Principle in September 2014. 

  2. Installation of the Offshore Met Mast

    During October 2014 the Project accomplished another very important milestone in its development: an offshore met mast has been installed to gather accurate wind resource, wind direction and wind velocity data.

  3. Bell Rock Lighthouse Lidar Deployment

    Inch Cape Offshore Limited has successfully deployed a lidar unit on the historic Bell Rock lighthouse, approximately 17km off the Angus coast.  A bespoke ZephIR 300 wind measurement Lidar has been mounted on a platform on the north east of the lighthouse using a specially designed support frame. 

  4. Inch Cape Jobs Boost For East Lothian Firm

    Components of Inch Cape Offshore Limited’s met mast are nearing completion at East Lothian based steel fabrication company Had-Fab. The specialist fabrication company is responsible for the manufacturing of the innovative lattice mast to be used for measuring wind speeds at the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm site.
